Economy Beef Share Deposit

This deposit will reserve your 1/4, 1/2, or whole cow at one of our available 2027 butcher dates.

Available Butcher Dates for 2027:

• November

Please type your preferred butcher month in the "Preferred Butcher Month" text box when placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred month based on availability.

Once we receive your deposit, we will contact you via email with all the details, including your confirmed butcher month and information about how to choose your cuts and final payment.

Your final cost will be $3.25 per lb. hanging weight, minus your deposit. This price covers only the cost of purchasing the animal from our farm.

You will also pay the butcher directly for the butchering and packaging costs when you pick up your meat from them.
